The guys built a 210-square-meter guest house (3 parking spaces on the first floor, 3 guest bedrooms with bathrooms and a guest house on the second floor) from ground in 3 months. Built box, roof, exterior, windows. Quickly and accurately, on time and on budget. Professional at his job.

I recently ordered an extension to the house from the guys in the form Constructum Code. so that in the summer you could spend time with garden view, even in the rain. Initially, friends recommended this place to me, I studied the website and reviews, and finally decided to consult with the manager and ordered. They did everything on time and even faster, I was surprised at the quality of the work done, everything was just perfect, there’s nothing to complain about. I'm glad I turned to them. Great job for your money.

I liked the work of this company’s specialists in finishing my new turnkey apartment. I received the manager’s response as quickly as possible, discussed the project and agreed on a meeting. I sincerely thank the masters for my updated beautiful bathroom! A complete overhaul was carried out with the replacement of pipes, plumbing, leveling of walls and tiling. Everything was done professionally and very carefully. I am happy that I came across this site on the Internet! I recommend it to everyone, as it is not scary to entrust such a master with the repair of your home.

They didn't let us down on time. The construction team is the best, the guys are responsible. At first I tried to control everything myself. But when I met Ben the general director at the site, all questions disappeared. There are no doubts about the work left. With this attitude you can sleep peacefully. It took me a long time to choose the company that would build the house. It was necessary to build it on a turnkey basis; there was no time to stand over the builders; my family and I live on the site where the construction was taking place. But I was not mistaken with Constructum Code, everything went well. At first I tried to double-check everything, called technical supervisor, but then I relaxed, since the qualifications of the builders were clearly higher than those of technical supervisor. There was only one problem, which they found and fixed themselves. Since the masonry is very smooth, we managed to save on plaster. It was a pleasure to communicate with Ben, Orif and Ronald, everything was clear, on time and to the point.

Good day. I would like to thank the Constructum Code company for the work performed by its team on the construction of a house made London bricks on my summer garden extension. Everything was completed on time, even faster than stated in our contract. And the quality did not suffer at all from this. I recently had the pleasure of collaborating with Constructum Code Ltd about the construction of house. From the very beginning, their professionalism and efficiency stood out. The team quickly developed the project, easily making our small adjustments. Throughout the construction process, any errors made by the installers were promptly corrected, demonstrating their commitment to quality. Under careful technical control, the ceilings of both the first floor and the attic were assembled flawlessly. Despite careful monitoring of each stage, the construction proceeded without any defects. We first decided to turn to these craftsmen after we saw how they build for our neighbors. It turned out to be a great choice! They were all professionals. The prices are reasonable and the quality of work is top notch. I am very glad that I was finally lucky enough to find such professionals! And don’t forget to order a soft roof - this is our choice, and we did not regret it: the house copes well with rain without excessive noise. I recommend these professionals

We spent a long time choosing a company to carry out renovations in our cottage. I liked the Constructum Code website and was attracted by the pricing policy. After the call, the next day an estimator and manager came to see us and explained everything correctly how the work would proceed and how long it would take (2 months). He also calculated the cost of repairs, which suited us quite well. We signed an agreement. And the few days, foreman Ben came to us, with workers and already purchased materials. Payment was made weekly based on the work completed, constantly checked against the initial estimate; if there were deviations, they were insignificant and at our request. The renovation was completed a week earlier, the work was done efficiently, we were very pleasantly surprised! Thanks to this company, we will recommend it to friends and acquaintances!

Overall very satisfied. If before the building of the house extension somebody had offered another company, I would still have chosen Constructum Code! I would like to express special gratitude to the managers and architect of the company for their qualified, well-coordinated work. Because during the construction of a house extension, as a rule, many problems and nuances arise. The guys did their job with an A+! But it’s not easy to please me, I’m a very demanding customer) Now the warm contour of the house extension has been built, everything suits me. In summer they do interior decoration. Guys, thank you!

We searched a office refurbishment specialists who could solve several issues at once during the renovation of an office space, give competent advice and draw up an action plan. Constructum Code copes with this task perfectly, explained all the pitfalls (when it is better to lay a self-leveling floor, how to carry out electrical work), clearly understood all the processes of finishing work and supervised the builders. They simplified the work, and most importantly, gave us confidence that we would deliver the property the way the customer wanted. I’m pleased with their work, I recommend hiring them for a office construction or refurbishment!

Around year we planned to build our own extension. We probably chose from 10-13 companies, at least met each one, looked at construction sites, etc. Somehow my fell connect that company, and everything was right . As a result, the house was built in two months. The most important thing is that they did everything as promised and gave great price according quality, so I recommend it.

Ben and his team were excellent in helping with the concept design and plan for my house renovation which involved a complete refurbishment, upgrade of the plumbing and electrics as well as the implementation of a single storey rear extension. It was helpful to have regular updates and catch ups throughout the project on site. His team offered all services in one place from design conception to completion; as well as liaising with the council’s planning and building control teams with the relevant applications. Ben and his team often had smart and creative solutions throughout the project which greatly improved the outcome. The results were flawless and I have been happy to recommend Ben to anyone I know, I have also had his team do a number of small follow up jobs since for me and would not hesitate to use them again for any home improvement projects!

I have a side extension for the ground floor maisonette in Twickenham done by Constructum Code recently. Excellent professional job. Very good planning, everything was done according to initial plan and within the budget. No hidden expenses, no surprises here. The team was very responsible, with great attention to the smallest details. Any issues or questions has been sorted out promptly and correctly. The surrounding area during the work was kept clean and upon completion everything inside and outside the house was clean and tidy. I would recommend Constructum Code to everyone and I know for sure who is going to do the next project in my house.
