Around year we planned to build our own extension. We probably chose from 10-13 companies, at least met each one, looked at construction sites, etc. Somehow my fell connect that company, and everything was right . As a result, the house was built in two months. The most important thing is that they did everything as promised and gave great price according quality, so I recommend it.

Ben and his team were excellent in helping with the concept design and plan for my house renovation which involved a complete refurbishment, upgrade of the plumbing and electrics as well as the implementation of a single storey rear extension. It was helpful to have regular updates and catch ups throughout the project on site. His team offered all services in one place from design conception to completion; as well as liaising with the council’s planning and building control teams with the relevant applications. Ben and his team often had smart and creative solutions throughout the project which greatly improved the outcome. I have a side extension for the ground floor maisonette in Twickenham done by Constructum Code recently. Excellent professional job. Very good planning, everything was done according to initial plan and within the budget. No hidden expenses, no surprises here. The team was very responsible, with great attention to the smallest details. Any issues or questions has been sorted out promptly and correctly. The surrounding area during the work was kept clean and upon completion everything inside and outside the house was clean and tidy. I would recommend Constructum Code to everyone and I know for sure who is going to do the next project in my house.
