I trusted the complete gut renovation of my Paddington apartment to Matus Dragonides and his team at Dragon Development. Matus was on site every day, kept me informed of our progress, managed any hiccups, and provided a highly skilled team of specialists. Since the renovation in 2017, I haven't had a single problem with any of the plumbing, electrics or finishes - which is amazing considering that my flat operates as an Airbnb apartment. I'm into interiors and every detail of the decorating, including wallpaper, was finished to perfection. I trust Matus to give me the correct advice on any upgrades to my properties and would highly recommend him to other residential developers.

The team are perfectionists and their attention to detail is excellent. We had a Victorian terrace renovation completed to the highest standard. They go above and beyond to support with decision making and explain issues along the way in a clear way. Would highly recommend.

Good re-fit of kitchen and bathroom, considerate working times and lots of communication from the manager during the process. A nice finish to everything with lots of cleaning up done afterwards, will use this company again.
