Please find another solar installation company. We had an arc fault error on ours and after a lot of backwards and forwards ( thankfully we paid on credit card) they finally replaced the faulty inverter. Then they cancelled our order of batteries and denied all knowledge of it even though we had an email chain and text messages to back it up. Very unprofessional company, I hope we have no more issues with our solar setup as they were a nightmare to get hold off and very poor at replying to phone calls / emails. If you do use them then please pay with credit card so you have protection if anything goes wrong like it did for us.
