We have recently had a side return extension built by Andrew and his team as well as a new bathroom installed after changing the upstairs layout. Andrew was recommended to us by our architect and as soon as we met him we liked him and his approach to our project. His quote was also reasonable for the work involved. From the first day Andrew had a large team of guys on site everyday who worked hard, cleaned up at the end of the day and were always friendly towards us and our neighbours. We were fortunate that there were no major problems during our build but whenever we needed to slightly change the plans or a very small issue arose Andrew was always very good at offering different solutions with transparent costs. The project was completed within the timescales agreed which was 14 weeks and pretty much within budget. After we moved back in Andrew was committed to working through the snagging list to ensure we were totally happy with the finished project and would often do some of this work himself. Throughout the project Andrews laid back but reassuring approach certainly helped reduce the stress that comes with any sort of renovation/building work. We are very happy with the final product and feel it has all been done to a very high standard and would most definitely recommend Andrew and his team to others.

I hired Andrew to completely renovate my flat and convert my loft and was very impressed with his work. The finish was high quality and I really appreciated his proactive suggestions for suppliers and products that I should look at to achieve the end result that I was after. When any issues arose during the build Andrew was also quick to come up with pragmatic, cost efficient solutions, and was flexible enough to work around my changing spec.
