House of Blake literally saved my home. I had hired another builder to complete a renovation home and was left with an incomplete house with serious structural and workmanship issues. Blake helped me devise a plan to take back to project to the usable parts of work done, his structural engineer devised structural supports which could be incorporated into the existing design and in 6 months he left me with a beautiful home. The workmanship, design and detail on the finished house aligned perfectly to what I'd envisaged. I hired Blake as after my first renovation went horribly wrong, I would only move forward with an expert in the renovation of an Edwardian home. Blake had beautiful renovated 2 friend's home which I've seen and had glowing reviews on that work. As a single women working on my first large scale renovation, I needed someone with whom I could collaborate on the delivery of the house I envisoned. Blake was that person. His team was professional and conscious throughout the project and worked tirelessly to complete the work on-time.

I am very happy with the new side extension and house refurbishment and would definitely recommend House of Blake who were excellent from start to finish.
