About Us

Jewel Bespoke Build Ltd is a family-run construction company with over 65 years of combined experience between the founding father Lesley and the son Nigel, the Founders. Our wonderful team of friendly and qualified operatives, engineers, and office staff are fully vetted via DBS checks, undergo constant training tracked by our matrix, and always wear name tags. We incorporate new technologies into all aspects of our company, including a live, client- and design team-friendly Project Management Software which is updated daily from site and with our backroom office support. Being strict on H&S helps make sure that all of our projects are run smoothly and to the correct standards, with our own in-house H&S officer and outsourced consultants bringing peace of mind to all. Knowing how to make sure that all projects are constantly managed from start to beyond retention stage with our CRM team and software (HubSpot) is an element which we are proud of and has continued to bring us referrals throughout the years. We further have a subsidiary company that specializes in fire protection (Jewel Passive Fire Protection Ltd), enabling us to keep up to pace with the constant changes within this sector and for the client/projects to remain compliant using our recognized Jewel Bolster Software. Jewel made a number of suggestions as to how my apartment could be reconfigured to make it more suitable; including converting the kitchen and lounge to open plan and refitting a new kitchen and flooring throughout. The unusable garden was transformed into an "oasis" with paved and lawned areas almost doubling its size, and attractive running water features and lighting. The work was set out in detailed quotes and these were not exceeded. The work was carried out tidily and in a timely way. Jewel was subsequently awarded additional work in the apartment block by the managing agent.
