Luxe Design & Construct Ltd

This project lasted 3-6months. The project consisted of converting a 2 floor rusty estate agent into a luxury restaurant and with Luxe Design on board this made up for one of the most amazing and craziest experiences I’ve ever had as an entrepreneur, no company has ever shown as much care and consideration into a project as much as Luxe designs and the final product… Well, it speaks for itself. Liasing with them was a bliss as they will always keep me updated along the way whether that was to do with delivery times of materials or when labourers had been booked in. Luxe design have the means to control every aspect of your construction needs, they supplied me with builders, handymen, plumbers, electricians, painters, gas engineers and many other specialists. I was able to comfortably concentrate on my own work whilst I knew I could leave everything in the hands of luxe designs as their project manager had literally every corner of the world under control that I had not needed to worry. They were fast as finding resources that I had required as I had very specific needs and wants throughout the project and kept changing my mind or adding to the ideas which they kept up with and were ahead of in no time. Examples of this could be the stairs light design I thought of last minute and within a couple days the design, concept and Implementation was complete! Even with the impact of inflation on all markets of the economy Luxe design were still able to keep their prices down when it came to material costs, labour costs and general costs.
