MAXLIGHT

Maxlight's products look fab. The sales staff are helpful and friendly. Ales, the surveyor, bent over backwards to make sure my project was done on time. Unfortunately the door was installed poorly and so far it has taken over three weeks and we are still not done. I couldn't in good conscience recommend the company as they are expensive, and the after sales care is a dumpster fire. We measured the space ourselves, and as it turns out my builder got it wrong. In the pre installation survey we discovered this, and made the changes laid out by the surveyor that were needed to make the door fit. Upon installation there was a large gap on the side, which Maxlight insist was due to the fact that we got the dimensions wrong...but the surveyor came and said it was fine. Perhaps i didn't understand what fine meant, but when you spend over £7000 on a door fine doesn't include large sections of silicone gap filling. Im also almost certain that they stained my floor with black silicone.

Maxlight supplied and fitted sliding doors, a fixed panel and a pivot door for our kitchen extension. Despite never having worked with our build team previously all went without a hitch and we are really pleased with the result. The office team were friendly and helpful and the onsite team a pleasure to have on site. Thank you so much for your contribution to our new kitchen
