This is the third time we’ve used Project Nine in the last 2 years and again Sam, Jake & their team have done an excellent job on our lounge refurbishment. Not only is their work of a very high quality but their project management in arranging other trades to come in as and when required is second to none. Additionally, the other trades they do need to get in are of an equally high standard. Project Nine are our go to builder’s because of their approachability, their professionalism and their genuine need to provide the best service they can to make your project go as smoothly as possible.

Boot Room Extension and Knock Through - Our house is an individual build, only four years old, so we were keen for our proposed extension to look like it had always been there. Sam and his team absolutely delivered on this. From the first quote visit to the end of the project everyone involved has been brilliant. Quality of workmanship, sticking to timescales, discussing ideas and communication has been outstanding. Everything was kept tidy and we had regular updates throughout. We are delighted with the work carried out by the Project 9 team. Director Jake Holman guided us through the Building Regulations and was on hand throughout helping out and keeping us informed at every stage. Everyone who worked on the project were highly skilled and really friendly people. A pleasure to have around. Work was carried out to very high specification from brickwork and insulation through plumbing, electrical work. carpentry, plastering and decoration. The block paving was expertly laid to include a step to the front door and a flower bed complete with top soil. Top marks.
