Daron, Florin and the team have just finished up with a full house renovation, plus extension, at my very dated mid terraced house. This is the first time we have completed any building work and couldn’t have been happier with our choice to use Pure Design and Build. We decided to stay in the property while the work was being carried out and Daron was mindful of this and tried to limit disruption where possible. All aspects of the renovation were completed to a very high standard- the carpentry, plastering, electrics, plumbing and, in particular, the painting. We also have peace of mind with the 10 year guarantee plus knowing they are only a phone call away if we have any issues. Daron and his team helped us convert a kitchen and utility space into an ensuite bedroom and an office. They are currently working on a bathroom for us and then they are helping us renovate the master bedroom, ensuite and dressing room. As an experienced renovator I have engaged the services of many building teams over the years and I can genuinely say that. Pure Design and Build stand out as excellent professionals, collaborators and humans to have in your home! Daron always responds to questions in a timely manner and is very supportive and patient (especially when the client changes her mind!). The team are so talented and the quality of their finish is what you pay for. I like it when a build team are open and communicate effectively, solving problems and checking in immediately when decisions need making and Daron's team all do this. They have all helped take responsibility for making sure the dog is safe when our gates are open and this level of collaboration, incidental as it may seem, has given us such peace of mind and the confidence that we have engaged the right build team. Daron and the team did a fantastic job from start to finish. From the very first meeting, he set realistic expectations, and showed his knowledge, experience and expertise. He gave a competitive quote, and was careful not to over-promise and under-deliver. The quality of the work was above what we expected, and the team went above and beyond to ensure we were happy, even going the extra mile by, for example, painting additional spaces for consistency. The job was a complete first floor refurb after a devastating fire and we were vulnerable and in shock. Daron’s calm and professional approach was reassuring, and the communication was regular, clear and excellent (we lived offsite). The work was completed ahead of schedule. The neighbours also praised how tidy, polite and cooperative the whole team at PD&B were. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again.
