From Grandfather to Grandson, we have a combined experience of over 40 years within the construction industry providing a wide range of building services to the residents of Tendring, Colchester, Manningtree, Ipswich and Surrounding areas. Stately Home Developments Ltd is passionate about providing quality service and peace of mind to home owners, that is why we specialise in residential projects from building extensions and landscaping, to bathroom renovations, refurbishments and much more. Jermaine and his team are a real eye opener to how a business should be run. From start to finish the whole project went super smooth. We had complex groundworks, landscaping and other aspect too, all undertaken by the team. Jermaine discussed the project with me and made me feel really at ease. Throughout the project some adaptations were made and these were easily worked with, a quick chat and a price adjustment (for a bit of extra work I asked for) saw the whole project finish sooner than expected still. The team consists of really responsible and respectful people, a pleasure to have round. Little things like respecting my property and the neighbours goes a long way and they exceeded my expectations in all areas. Thank you!

Jermaine and his team are brilliant, they repainted following a leak and also laid a bathroom floor and repaired a bath panel. The work was excellent, communication brilliant. The work was first class, and they are so friendly and helpful, cannot fault them, would recommend them very highly! Thanks for the awesome work.

We recently finished having a rear and side single story extension built on our property by the lads at stately Home Developments. The team were superb throughout the project, very tidy and considerate as we remained living there whilst having the work done! Jermaine in particular was always on hand to answer any questions and was a great help with obtaining all the necessary paper work needed prior to the build taking place. We highly recommend these builders and will be using them again! Thank you
