For those of you that know us at The Door, you'll know that we don't build boxes - we create nice spaces. Simple as that. Since our beginning in 1999, we have become firmly established as award-winning and innovative developers, with a proven track-record of creating bespoke, high-end living environments. In 2006, we were proud winners of the acclaimed Green Apple Award (Gold) for the Built Environment and Architectural Heritage for our Chapel on the Green project in Woodford Green, the challenging restoration and conversion of a dilapidated Victorian Chapel into apartments. We have been involved in numerous projects throughout the UK, including London, the Home Counties, Birmingham and Nottingham. Currently, apart from The Emery, we have projects in the City and in London’s West End.
