Rafaela and her team are absolutely amazing! We hired them for a 6-week home refurbishment, and they went above and beyond to deliver everything on time and to perfection. What stood out the most was Rafa’s incredible ability to handle everything smoothly—she never burdened us with problems, only solutions. She and her team worked tirelessly, including weekends and bank holidays, often late into the evening, to ensure everything was completed seamlessly. Their work was not only high quality but also incredibly clean and tidy. They brought great ideas to the project, handled all the material purchases, and maintained a fantastic attitude throughout. We highly recommend their services and can’t wait to have them back to make a new bathroom and garden area.

WeTradeWorks has been superb. From the moment I sent them a message, they were incredibly attentive, detail-oriented, and responsive, which shows in their work. After a few initial messages regarding requirements, budget, and overall project scope, Rafaela arranged an appointment, attended to discuss the project in person, took a look at the bathroom, and took measurements. At every opportunity, she was happy to answer questions and make suggestions, yielding some great ideas, of which I will implement a few. All further allowed me to flesh out the ideas in my mind and discover feasibility, which led me to their designer; Sarea is incredible. Now, it's not easy when customers have many ideas, requirements, and, at times, special requests, yet to take my babble and turn it into a work of art and design on paper is a testament to her skills. I received the completed design concept, blueprint, and plans after around a month or so, as there were a few details to iron out. However, it was on point and left no stone unturned. She'd considered everything, from things I'd asked about to things I had not, resulting in a carefully planned and well-thought-out bathroom, especially since the space is restrictive and does not make it easy. - (Renderings of the Bathroom are attached to this review). Lastly, I'll note physical work has not yet taken place as there have been a few scheduling conflicts, which is normal. However, if all their work so far is a measure to go by, then I am very confident about how well this will turn out once work begins. For now, I recommend WeTradeWorks to anyone looking for an interior designer with attention to detail who does things right the first time and cares for your project as if it were their own.
