Imran was fantastic to work with. He helped us with several important jobs in our house: a very tricky electrical job for which he made good with care. He also pointed at some badly done work done by another electrician and fixed everything for us. On top of those jobs, he helped us obtain key electricial certificates and we're very grateful for his support in this matter. Imran is also very professional, punctual and an excellent communicator. Envision Electrical was recommended by an intelligent systems design consultancy firm. Our needs were low level compared with the projects they'd done together but Imran proved absolutely brilliant at diagnostics. We'd just moved into a house that had some very high end lighting and AV systems yet we were having problems with basics like the underfloor heating, external lighting and alarms. Imran was meticulous and thorough in his approach to what must rank as one of the most frustrating of jobs: trying to correct the original installer's mistakes. He was also infinitely patient and generous in follow up with me. Unfortunately we were outside his normal catchment area, so I have only benefitted from two appointments but in the (three ) years since, he has answered the odd email cry for help, suggesting approaches, linking to various products, and generally continuing to act above and beyond what would normally be expected. An absolute professional with exceptional expertise in his field.

New consumer unit fitted - and other wiring work that needed doing. Imran is a very friendly, realiable and capable electrician. The work was done to time and Imran went over and above the call of duty providing lots of advice about solving another issue - he even spoke with UK Power Networks and their supplier on my behalf.
