Clive, Thanks for leaving this review. I do feel however that you have been a bit harsh in your comments and 'scoring' of the various points. As discussed when we spoke on the phone unfortunately there was circumstance that didn't allow for a response at the time of your correspondence and arrangements have since been discussed to carry out remedial works for the coming weeks.

I wasn't aware of any issues with our workmanship? We carried out a thorough inspection of your installation and took time to try and explain the various issues highlighted and options for rectifying, all of which you seemed satisfied with. Also the work was quoted for and approved by yourself prior to commencing, so on both of these comments I have been left slightly bemused!

As mentioned, you are a landlord (for a short term let) so I'm sure you can understand better than most that in this day and age what the potential effects of negative reviews can mean, in this instance I would have to say left rather harshly possibly as a result of frustrations of past experiences and not necessarily as a result of this job which was for reference a very minor job that was carried out when arranged, paperwork issued and invoiced upon completion and paid for promptly by yourself.
