I am so happy I went with Odair for my flat renovation. It’s the first time doing a bigger project like this and Odair handled the project brilliantly. He is straight forward and very trustworthy and his team and good fun and very tidy. The job turned out to need more work than we first thought due to the state of one of the walls but Odair sorted everything out. He has a great eye for detail and the standards he works too are very high. I would recommend him to everyone. The new kitchen looks incredible and he has improved the entire flat at a very reasonable price.

I was a bit apprehensive as I never used this sort of platform before, but when I spoke to Odair he made less worried and passed me lots of reassurance. I’ve been willing to renovate the house but had a bad experience with cowboy builders so when I met with ALFA building Solutions the professionalism was spot on. I wasn’t sure how we could organise the different stages of the renovation and Odair helped me every step of the way with lots of flexibility and understanding. We did a full renovation of the loft, bathroom, kitchen and with ALFA building Solutions help and advise my partner and I managed to do our own en-suite which we didn’t think it was possible because of where our bedroom was. Alfa Building Solutions Ltd did an excellent job in the full refurbishment of my flat. I particularly like my new bathroom. They have a very good eye for detail and left the flat clean at the end of the job. They were very good at giving me regular updates on the progress of the project.
