EKO Utility has over 20 years manufacturing experience and we pride ourselves on the quality and design of our products. We firmly believe that the housewares you use every day should be more than simply utility items. We were the first company to use hydraulic dampers in a waste bin. The use of this high performance technology has enabled us to develop a reliable soft close lid system that has a life span of over 100,000 operations. The pedals on our bins are made from high quality stainless steel with special reinforcing ribs to help ensure that the force is transferred equally along the mechanism when it is stepped on. All the stainless steel that we use in our products is coated in a fingerprint resistant finish. This helps to ensure that it is easy to clean whilst maintaining the smart look of our products. In addition to pedal, sensor and recycling bins, the EKO Utility range also includes a dish rack that features an innovative pivot drainage system to ensure that excess water will drain into your sink not over your counter top.
