It all started in 2013 in Leicester, when we (interior designers) launched a range of ottomans into the furniture market offering a wide range at affordable prices. We design and build our ottomans ourselves and we take great pride in every ottoman that we build. We can be fair to say that we are the Ottoman storage specialists. Ottoman storage units are becoming a very popular addition to most homes. It is purely to do with the fact that modern day living requires more space and practicality. Ottomans can be contemporary or traditional. This product is not only just practical but suites family homes which required storage in a presentable and decorative manner. Since 2013 the we have been providing the best level of service to the customers. Our company is built around the strong relationships we have with people, not just our customers, who we value above, not just our suppliers, many of whom have supported us from the very beginning, but also our staff, whose hard work and commitment has made our business such a success. Our strategy priorities: In order to enhance our specialist proposition we must continue to evolve our ottoman range so that we maintain and grow our competitive advantage in choice and price, supported by quality, service and availability. We plan to increase customer engagement, develop new customer touch points and grow multi-channel participation to further develop and exploit our infrastructure. We have a very well-invested infrastructure. It is our mission to continue to grow our position as a retailer of choice to people we serve by providing innovative, high quality products.
