Fabulous service from start to finish from everyone Premier Bedrooms. Loved being able to design my own room and furniture in the showroom and be able to see it all taking shape. Michael is so knowledgeable and gave helpful suggestions of what would work and what wouldn’t and the end result is exactly what I wanted. Alan was brilliant in keeping me up to date and informed throughout the whole process and Anthony and Jamie did a great job fitting the furniture. I would not hesitate to recommend Premier Bedroom. Fantastic service and products.

Love these wardrobes. Best I have ever had. The sales team are a delight to deal with and the choice in the showroom is second to none. Nothing is to much trouble for these guys. Thoroughly recommend. Five star plus. The installation team are equally as quick professional and friendly. Also 5star plus. This is the second time Premier have done work for us and again it was first class in every way. Alan and Michael kept us informed and the fitting team, Anthony and Jamie, were great. Excellent workmanship and a great product. Very happy and the diffuser was a lovely and unexpected touch from a company that really does regard the customer as king.

Have used Premier Bedrooms twice now and we are more than happy with our finished rooms. The quality of both the products and the workmanship are first class. The whole process from design to completion was smooth. Everyone is really easy to deal with and professional. The fitters treated my house with respect and are probably the cleanest tradesmen I have ever encountered. Would highly recommend this company and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Nearly didn’t go into the showroom as I thought it might be a bit expensive - nearly an expensive mistake!! It wasn’t!! Excellent service from Michael who guided us through the process and provided great ideas and made my plans work. The team when they arrived were second to none. I have for the last 15 years run my own property management and letting agency in St Andrews managing over 100 properties. As a result I do have a fairly wide knowledge of these works and the team this week were the most professional I have come across, a real pleasure to have them working in our house A really big thank you to all of Premier Bedrooms, you really are Premier

Hi from Morag & Declan. We would like to thank all the team at Premier Bedrooms. Michael the designer was fantastic. Very knowable and put us under no pressure to buy!!! When the fitters Anthony and Jamie arrived they protected all the carpets in the house. Have never had workmen so careful and tidy ever doing a job in our house. They could not do enough for us. Would recommend this firm to do the job right, from beginning to end. Alan & Michael kept in touch throughout the project. The quality of the bedroom is first class!!! Professional, experienced and customer focussed with a very good product. In looking for a new bedroom we weren’t sure who best to approach, there’s limited local products in Fife. The team at Premier Bedrooms made the decision easy. The showroom showcases high quality products with the layout highlighting the many options available. Michael and Alan know their product and have real confidence in what they offer. They are not pushy but available and very informative and patient. Our bedroom did take time to come and the job wasn’t without issues but that happens with major refurbishments. Frustrating? Yes, but Michael was always customer focussed, keen to put things right and fully focussed on resolving matters, including getting the suppliers to prioritise our order. Alan and Michael showed professionalism. The fitting team of Anthony and Jamie are excellent. Very professional, considerate, clean, tidy, willing and flexible. They often came up with suggestions when progressing the job, including, where to put internal lighting and re-arranging the internal elements of the wardrobe to best suit our need. You will find that what you think works at the outset needs adjusting to suit you as the job progresses. These guys are going to help you. They know their job, are reliable....and are very polite! I’d definitely use Premier Bedrooms again and I’m glad to see their developing a “living” range. I’ll be paying another visit. Kirkcaldy needs quality local businesses like this and they deserve support.

I recently purchased bespoke fitted bedroom units from Premier Bedrooms and would highly recommend this firm. The whole experience from visiting their showroom to completion of the work was a pleasure. Everyone was very friendly and courteous and the units were fitted in a very professional manner. Both workmanship and product are top quality, well worth waiting for!

Quality of furniture is outstanding. The fitting team were fantastic, could not fault them. Left no mess at all at the end of each day and so friendly and polite. I would highly recommend if you are thinking about getting good quality bedroom furniture. We also got a bed to match the wardrobes and it is amazing! Very happy indeed with what we got done.

Fabulous Job. All of the team were professional from day 1. The process from meeting the Director at the outset and dealing with the rest of the team was seamless. The fitters communicated regularly, cleaned up, were extremely customer focused and in a nutshell super guys. The quality of the product is second to none. Finishings are perfect. The team; Michael, Alan, Jamie and Anthony are committed to ensure that customer satisfaction is at the forefront of all that they do. Leaving a diffuser and thank you card at the end finished it off and was a special touch. Thank you very much. I will be in touch to get my other bedrooms done.
