The team were very professional and the quality of their work was excellent. Arrived on time and did the installation on time. They also tidied up after themselves. They took the time to explain what they were doing and how everything worked.

Professional and knowledgeable installer who fully explained the required work and gave advice on best options for my installation. The work was carried out in the agreed timescale and to a high quality. There was one small problem after installation which was quickly and satisfactorily remedied.

Great service - they went above and beyond, and I'm thrilled with the final result. The fireplace looks fantastic and throws out so much more heat than what I had before. Would highly recommend.

Greenflame Installations has a fantastic selection of pellet boilers and wood fire stoves that tie in well with the homes we work in. We definitely recommend working with Sharon, Phil, Jolene and the whole team when trying to make any decisions about luxury home heating.

Sharon, Phil and Jolene are all so lovely to work with. They took me through a lovely set of ranges until I found their new Rocal fireplace. It is gorgeous and keeping us all warm and toasty now. Thanks you guys and I definitely recommend Greenflame!
