A&T Building Renovation

We interviewed a fair amount of builders before we met Ardit & Tim and choosing their company was the best decision we made. The quote we received was fair, they invited us to view a project they were currently working on to review the quality of their work. We met a few of their references who all gave them glowing reviews. We were given an estimate for the length of time the project would take and they pretty much stuck to timings, albeit being a few days over, but that’s due to the extras we asked them to do. No renovation is straight forward and there were some stressful moments, which were due to the structural engineering company we used, but Ardit was able to keep the project on track and support us through those difficult days. As soon as we saw the quality of their work, we asked for a few extras, new flooring, additional lighting and bespoke storage. Ardit took them on and delivered to a very high quality. One thing I really appreciated was Ardit treating our home like it was his own. He wasn’t prepared to cut any corners or use cheaper materials. He had a clear understanding of what a busy family needed and how we achieved a good results that would last the test of time. All in all, fantastic company, genuinely good, honest people and very hardworking. I couldn’t recommend them enough as they have completely transformed how we live in our property. We love it!!
