ADT construction

Front of house rendering falling off. Danny from ADT suggested a more expensive but less maintenance in the future option called K-REND. We agreed and the work started promptly. Generally, the quality of the workmanship was good however there were a few issues: Unfortunately on the first day the old render was removed over into my neighbours house (i live in a terraced house) 'to fit in with the panels'. We were not aware of this being the case beforehand and was one of a few examples of communication that could have been better including not finding out that no work would be taking place on the day unless i rang up to enquire. Finally, the outside of the house was left a real mess and needed me to contact Danny directly to come and clean it up. On the positive side, considering that the work was done in the middle of a surprise severe cold snap in the weather, they got the job done and scaffolding down before christmas as promised. Also Danny was very approachable when called.
