All the work was completed to a very high standard. The team was punctual, arriving promptly at 8 a.m. each day, and worked diligently through to 5 p.m. Communication was excellent throughout — any queries were answered quickly and clearly. The post-work cleaning was also carried out to a high standard, leaving everything neat and tidy.
The job itself involved moving internal plasterboard walls, building wooden frameworks for new walls, installing new plasterboard, wiring, fitting new lighting, laying new carpets, painting, and resizing doors to fit — all done professionally and efficiently.
Based on my experience, I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

I recently had my kitchen renovated, new flooring laid, the patio converted, and the entire apartment painted—and I couldn't be happier with the results! From start to finish, Henry and his team were professional, efficient, and incredibly skilled.
The kitchen looks absolutely stunning and functions beautifully. The new flooring has completely transformed the space, giving it a fresh and modern feel. The patio conversion was done with great attention to detail, and the painting throughout the apartment was flawless.
What really stood out was the team's dedication to quality and their friendly, can-do attitude. They kept everything tidy, stuck to the timeline, and communicated clearly throughout the project.
Highly recommend ASAP Renovations Ltd for anyone looking for top-notch renovation work. Thank you, Henry and team, for a fantastic job!

Comment from ASAP Renovation Ltd:
Thank you Athos, it was really a pleasure to be a part of your flat transformation.
Henry & the team at ASAP renovations were really great to work with. They transformed my Bathroom and Kitchen in an incredible way, and were patient and practical in explaining things to me as a Renovation newbie.
The bathroom & kitchen look and feel amazing, and they listened to my design requests and helped bring it to reality. All problems that came up, were approached and solved in a professional manner.
The team are super hardworking and are passionate about your vision & respecting your space.
Thank you so much Henry & the ASAP renovations !
My only negatives about the experience was the communication and budget, our budget was extended on quite a bit, and some of that was due to miscalculation In ordering and maybe just a misjudgement on quoting. The communication sometimes created problems, when things were lost or workers had fitted something incorrectly. But overall this was addressed and by the end everything came together !

I had terrible experience working with Asap and do not recommend them.
One positive is that two of the contractors that Henry uses were knowledgable and hard working.
However, throughout the project there was huge difficulties with communication, clarity of the scope and the timelines. The mode of operating is chaotic, badly communicated, executed even worse whilst blaming the client for everything.
There were untruths told to justify incompetence, the work completed not to the standard expected and cost inflated without prior discussions or agreement.
At no point I felt that Henry cared about honouring the contract or the client's needs, everything was difficult and 'more complex' than expected leading to extorting more funds.
When I was away, Henry send me a message to say they would stop working on the project from that day on providing zero notice and excuses blaming the client as reason for it every time. They left the flat in a total mess including leaving their tools. Week before Henry said they were delayed on another project with penalties attached - I assume this is the real reason.
I paid 50% of the cost for the scope agreed at the start and they only completed (generously speaking) 30% of the project. Now they are refusing to refund the amount for the work not finished and the only way to retrieve it is to go to court.I enclose pictures below at the state of the flat left when they decided to terminate their work.
I have now paid thousands of pounds for extra work and for the work to be completed by competent builders.
- The project had detailed architectural design and structural designs, which I shared with Henry. He never asked a single question about it and after problems would arise he would say the designs were not detailed. For the structural drawings he didn't want to read them and just wanted the structural engineer to give him the measurement of the structural beams without doing the measurement on site - my structural engineer was very worried about his lack of engagement with the document and said highly unusual for building company to have this type of response.

Comment from ASAP Renovation Ltd:
We regret that you feel this way about your experience, but we strongly disagree with several claims made in your review, and we are not surprised to have this review from this particular client, as several times, we have been blackmailed, threatened on published bad reviews, and been bullied. To clarify:
Scope of Work & Communication
Our agreement clearly outlined the project scope, and we maintained regular updates. Having myself on site all the time has been asking from the beginning a clarity of the design, Changes requested during the project resulted in additional work, which naturally impacted timelines and costs. Every week, there has been a big argument about the change orders, and every day, there has been a change in the works.
We were transparent about the need for change orders and cost revisions due to scope alterations, structural modifications, and unforeseen issues.
Project Termination & Notice
We did not stop the project arbitrarily. As per our contract and Terms & Conditions, non-payment and breach of agreement give us the right to withdraw services.
You were informed of this beforehand, and the decision was made due to ongoing delays in approvals, non-payment for completed work, and constant alterations to the agreed-upon scope.
Work Completion & Quality
The claim that only 30% of the work was completed is inaccurate. The following were completed or substantially progressed:
Structural work and kitchen plumbing relocation (done twice as per the client’s request).
Living area modifications, including restructuring of door frames.
Carpentry work in the living room and plastering.
Brickwork alterations for the kitchen area that was not on the initial agreement and because we didn't submit them by email we never got paid.
Additionally, requested work outside the original scope was completed, but payment was not honored for these extra works. ( Breast Chimeney structural alteration and finish, for £900 and never got paid) pictures attached
Cost & Payments
Payments made covered labor already completed. The assertion that funds are being withheld is incorrect, as the deposit was non-refundable per our contract, covering preliminary expenses and allocated resources.
Any claims regarding "inflated costs" are misleading—every additional cost was discussed, and we have documented evidence of agreements to those costs before proceeding.
Leaving the Site & Tools
The site was not abandoned. We attempted multiple times to retrieve our team’s tools, but access was repeatedly denied or postponed, significantly impacting their ability to work on other projects. After trades, they were working on the project leaving a total mess in the flat, the client expected us to go after them to clean up. ( FOR FREE)
The responsibility to maintain site conditions during and after project completion was outlined in the agreement, and any mess left was due to incomplete areas awaiting client decisions, not neglect on our part.
Legal Considerations
We have documented all agreements, scope changes, and communications regarding this project. Any claims regarding withheld funds or incomplete work should be reviewed in light of the full context, which is available in our contract and email records.
We take pride in delivering quality work and maintaining clear client relationships. Unfortunately, this project was impacted by changes beyond our control, a lack of clear design specifications, daily changes in the scope of work, and unapproved changes in scope. We remain always with our clients to be open to resolving matters professionally, but we will not accept inaccurate statements that misrepresent the facts. In picture N. 1, the floor was left on that stage as we were waiting to lay down the floor to measure the door that would be in that area,( Again, doing extra consultancy, designing, and management responsibilities that were not in the agreement, FREE. In pictures N. 2-3, after the kitchen was moved multiple times of areas as other traders needed it, we ending leaving part of the kitchen where it was an obstacle for other traders to work, ( Again, not our responsibility and we ended up doing other people work). In picture N. 4, clearly, after several changes on the scope of work, where it was only to remove the doors we ended up removing doors, architrave, and door frames and building a new door frame and plastering. ( Again never got paid or approved for the change order). In picture, N5 After the heating company refused to remove the floorboards as they would extra charge for them, we removed them at our own cost on a Saturday and expected to put the floorboards back for FREE, like our time was not valuable. We all learned along the lifeline. Never take on a project if you don't have full specifications on drawing, design, materials, and expectations. If the clients or anyone thinks that the cost to lay three bricks is the same as doing eight, it is really bad.
Sincerely, It was a total learning curve.

Did a great job at removing our internal wall and installing electrics. Mistakenly installed our thermostat incorrectly and therefore we had to call them back to fix it. Installed a new shower mixer but later found a plumbing issue with our shower, which wasn't due to their installation, but we did feel they should have noticed when installing the new mixer. Agreed to disagree. Retiled our bathroom and did a lovely job, so overall a bit of a mixed review.

Henry and his team were very thorough in helping to work out the source of my balcony leak into my neighbour's property. This was a problem that I 'd had for years and had already spent thousands on trying to rectify. In the end the work was more expensive than we had budgeted for, but I was glad to have the problem finally resolved and I was very happy with the way the work was carried out. I was also reassured by the excellent paperwork documenting decisions, price and payment, which is the best I've ever had from a builder and can be important for insurance and property sale purposes. I would recommend and would use this company again.

ASAP renovations have been great on our project which involved redecorating an existing bathroom and creating a small bathroom upstairs (new plumbing, wall, etc.), as well other minor renovation jobs (decorating, carpentry, new kitchen worktop). The project lasted around 4 weeks. From the initial home consultation I was impressed with his responsive, professional & knowledgeable nature - I very quickly trusted him. He was open and transparent and would provide regular updates from his inspection visits/ through the builders, including additional change orders/ material costs. Henry would reply/ take my calls regularly which made it very effective to oversee and discuss things around my busy schedule. The project was also partially managed on a website which enabled tracking of finances easy.
The building work itself was perfect and transformed our dream into reality. The team are great for advice, ideas, and capability on all fronts. Henry and the team were quick to fix any minor snags which was greatly appreciated.
I would recommend ASAP renovations and Henry for your next project

We considered a few different companies when we were looking to renovate our bathroom and i am delighted that we went with Henry and ASAP renovation. Good communication throughout, high quality execution and timely delivery of a beautiful bathroom. This is not easy to come by in this day and age - we were relieved that they were such professionals and would highly recommend them.
Before and after pictures below probably don’t do it justice but the space is transformed.

Life changers.
I had horrible experiences with builders in the past. Spending plenty of money on work that was very poorly done.
These builders are just FANTASTIC. The finishing is stunning. They are very knowledgeable and they adapted to all the requests we had. Communication was fluid and clear.
You can tell very quickly they like what they do. Their aim is to leave your house knowing that you love the place where you live, and that was very important for us.
I can't recommend them highly enough.
