Tomasz and Team knocked through the ground floor of our period terraced house - so the lot - structural, electrical and plumbing work and new kitchen. They did it on time and on budget to a high standard, all whilst we lived upstairs with the kids. They worked well with our architect and were really considerate with the neighbours and with us given we were all there as well. Very happy to recommend and would definitely use again.

We worked with Tomas and his excellent team on an extension and partial renovation of a large Victorian villa. Over the course of the project, Tomas showed how passionate he is about delivering a very high quality finish, on time and on budget. His knowledge and experience across the various trades and his sharp eye for detail are excellent. He was always available, quick to react, and fast to rectify any issues.

Tomasz and his team did a rear extension and renovation project for us in Wimbledon. We're delighted with our new home which is such a joy to live in every day. The project was completed on time and budget, and the team were always hardworking on site, great to work with, and got along well with our neighbours. They worked well with our architects to adapt to the issues (thankfully nothing major) that cropped up during the build. We've found their work to be of a very high standard, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Tomasz and team.

Tomasz and his team did a complete renovation of our house in Dulwich. This involved rewiring, new plumbing, new bathrooms, new windows, new kitchen, rear extension, attic conversion, new flooring, bookshelves and cupboards, fitted wardrobes, redecorating , new terrace etc. The whole team are excellent, with an exceptional work ethic. They have a high standard of workmanship. Tomasz came up with practical ideas and solutions throughout the project and kept a close eye on all the work from beginning to end . Highly recommended.

I worked with Ashdene Builders last year on a refurbishment and renovation project in Wandsworth. This new house was for a very lovely, previous client of ours, but like all our projects, this project needed to be handled with great care. Due to the urgency of the project and having only just returned to work from maternity leave I was also not able to produce the volume of detailed drawings I would usually require for such a project and needed to design the project on site with the contractor and the client... a task not usually attractive to any builder! Ashdene accepted the challenge and it was brilliantly successful. Tomas was always available and worked with me to achieve the best outcomes for each and every little design challenge. Above all, Ashdene Builders fostered a 'can do' attitude on site and nothing was ever a problem. The project was delivered on time and to budget. I know the client, and therefore we, are extremely happy with the result. I wouldn't hesitate to use Ashdene Builders again for a Barnes Design project.

We feel so lucky to have found Tomasz and his team. Ashdene worked on the full refurbishment of our house and did everything from a new flat roof, plumbing, flooring, tiling, plastering and decoration to the garden etc etc. They are very reliable and really pay attention to the finer detail and the ‘finish’. Thoroughly good, honest people who really care about their work and are a pleasure to deal with (and remain ‘on call’). And no nasty surprises with the invoices. We would highly reccommend.

Tomasz provided an excellent service and comprehensive delivery. He is very knowledgeable about all building regulations and practices, and as a result can very effectively assist the owner with design questions as well, not just with the execution. The delivery comes at the agreed price and on time, with no surprises as the work progresses. All extra were discussed and agreed at the right time. He did an excellent job in keeping us informed of progress, and shared plenty of pictures and videos to assist us in gauging progress. I will definitely use Tomasz and Ashdene Builders in the future, and can wholeheartedly recommend them.

I will never find the right words to recommend enough Tomasz and his team in Ashdene Builders. The fact that the entire Italian community in south London regularly selects them as the preferred builders, says it all! They are spot on for quality, competence, cleanliness, timeliness and attention to details. If you get the chance to obtain an offer from them, evaluate it well. Compared to other offers from the “average” UK building company they might come with a slightly higher price, but the difference is not outrageous and the price you will pay at the end will be worth it. Not only for the flawless quality outcome, but also for the lack of hidden costs and the peace of mind you will get during the entire process. You will end up paying less and having a very good result! Highly recommended.

Tomasz and his team converted our garage to a utility room and put an en suite into the master bedroom (by removing a wall and constructing a new room). Any technical problems that hadn’t been foreseen were worked through and solved with great ease. The final result looks superb. Tomasz and his team are professional, kind and trustworthy. They take great pride in their work and the finish is immaculate. We lived in the house while the work was down and they took great care to seal up rooms, clean every evening. We would highly recommend Ashdene Construction to anyone.

Ashdene have done a great job on a total refurb of our very down-at-heel Victorian terraced house in Nunhead/Peckham. The work included new sash windows and doors and frames throughout, rear extension, glazing, steel reinforcement, taking out chimney-breasts and all the internal works - plastering, plumbing electrics and new construction. They worked with impressive speed and delivered the job on time and on budget, while being reasonable and helpful over inevitable challenges that arose as the job developed. I'd highly recommend them.

The practice i work within has worked with Ashdene Builders for many years and he has a good reputation for competitive prices that are realistic and consistent. Tomas and his team at Ashdene have been professional and hard working from the outset of this project. I have been particularly impressed with his communication when it comes to any challenges and his ability to come up with good solutions. The finished product is excellent and i have been very impressed with the quality of all of his work. I would happily work with Tomas and Ashdene on a project soon.

Ashdene builders have worked for me on three different projects over the years, and each time I have been throughly delighted with their work. Tomas is completely trustworthy, considerate of our home, and what is more, turns up exactly when he says he will, which for anyone who regularly uses builders, is a big deal! Two of the three projects involved bathrooms and Tomas and his team were on hand to advise on tiles, bathroom furniture etc and did such a wonderful job that the tile shop we used asked to have photographs of the finished bathroom to show their customers. The last job was a much bigger extension project, and we are still delighted with the finish and quality of the build 3 years on. I am planning to employ Ashdene again in the New Year and will happily recommend the company to anyone.

He is extremely reliable, honest and hard working and the work was carried out to a very high standard. Tomas and team were brilliant. They re-plumbed our entire house, re ran the mains water feed from the house back to the main road connection, installed a new boiler & megaflow system, added water filters, installed central heating throughout, knocked down walls, replaced ceilings, installed new lighting systems, and most importantly added and created a lovely family bathroom! Tomas, was always available to discuss the project (when physically not onsite), and always there to oversee and resolve any problem. Tomas is trustworthy and reliable. He has now also completed a numerous projects for a number of my neighbours and friends, who all rave about how great Tomas is. He even joined us for a family dinner to help brainstorm a possible future extension idea!!
