I was very lucky that my architect found Beyond Build, having seen their work on another property in Chiswick and spoken to the owner, who was very satisfied with their work. They were reliable and hard working, tried to minimise disruption when I was in living in the house (all except 5 weeks of the work) and left my house as clean as possible during work, and at the end of the project. The work was to extend the ground floor back extension of a mid terrace house to enable a small shower room/WC to be made out of the space created. The work involved building construction, carpentry and installation of a new gas central heating boiler, and Beyond Build either had the necessary skills in house, or could source workers of a high standard. They were good at communicating and worked very well with my architect. Importantly they were well aware of and ensured compliance with relevant local authority requirements and building regulations. There estimated cost of the work was very competitive. Highly recommended.
