Excellent work when doing something they have experience of. Excellent tiling in my new wet room. Need to watch their invoices, checking all the items listed have been done. Less good at correcting their mistakes. Ordered a new window frame the wrong way up and would not reorder it the right way up, so the handles are upside down. They had to order some new Cotswold stone slabs to fill in where a wall had been taken down in the kitchen. They were not laid properly and moved, which meant they cracked. When the first ones came up they just had rubbish beneath them, which was why they moved and then disintegrated. Refused to take responsibility. Replacement stone slabs cost £100/metre. When we had the rest of them lifted recently, the cement mixture beneath had not been mixed properly and was still dry eight years later. It cost me £500 to have them laid properly. Another section of the floor had been laid with new Cotswold stone slabs and I could not understand why they are grey. Turns out Considerate had laid them upside down and there is nothing I can do to remedy the mistake other than taking them all up and replacing them, as these ones are stuck down firmly. There must be over £1000 worth of stone slabs ruined. They have ignored numerous emails and phone messages. They did a lot of work on a house two doors down from me and that work hasn't lasted either. My neighbours too dispirited to complain.
