Ben and his team have done two jobs for me: a new downstairs toilet at my mum’s place and a complete refurb of my flat (new kitchen, new floors, rewiring, plastering, redecoration throughout). I’ve been really impressed from start to finish. Quality workmanship, exemplary communication, great value for money, transparent pricing, changes accommodated with good humour, and the whole thing delivered bang on budget and ahead of time. Highly recommended!

Ben Byrne has been exemplary in overseeing a total renovation of my duplex apartment. Walls taken down, new insulation throughout, careful laying of a high quality new wooden floor, stylish new kitchen immaculately installed. He has assembled a terrific team of workers, from his chief building manager Thiago to his electrical team led by Fred and his plumber Karim. The quality of workmanship has been high throughout, delivered to the cost originally quoted without a single hidden extra. When there have been changes requested by me these have been done without complaint, with prompt responses. The project was completed on budget and on time, for a good price. I highly recommend them.

Ben and the guys at Builders Head did a fantastic job renewing the woodwork of the porch to our building after one side had become infested with white rot, as well as repointing the masonry banister that had cracked and flaked off in chunks. Their top-notch joinery, mortaring, weatherproofing and paintwork has left the porch looking good as new, and they also threw in patching up the pebbledash and repainting the front door for free. All the workers on site were friendly, courteous, conscientious, and immensely hardworking, often putting in very long days. Would highly recommend!

Crown Point Builders are the first builders we have used where the trust was established on the first day we met. We have now used them 3 times (both outside and inside jobs) and every time we couldn't be happier with the professionalism, respect and great job they have done. One of the jobs they did was to fix a bad job left from a previous builder and they didn't berate the builder but clearly explained to us where it had gone wrong. Ben in particular is a great guy who is very obviously extremely experienced and does a brilliant job liaising between us the client and the all the trades people who have been involved. All the trades used were really great hardworking people who made the impact minimal on family home with small children. We now wouldn't use anyone else.

Ben and team and Crownpoint did a great job. They showed patience and flexibility in doing their scope of work and scheduling around our other suppliers that had issues and delays. They undertook all the kitchen tiling, pipe work, boiler, electrics and decorating to a high standard. Very excellent communication and set clear project timelines and transparent pricing. All the guys they sent were diligent and easy to deal with. Would unreservedly recommend.

We used Crown Point for a bathroom renovation and after I’d met with a number of other companies to request quotes, Crown Point immediately stood out from the rest for their professional courtesy, clear communication and helpfulness. They listened to the brief and responded to it, rather than trying to convince us to do something else – and they worked within the budget we were aiming for rather than trying to inflate it. And when the work started, we experienced the same professionalism, conscientiousness and clear communication with everyone who worked on the project. Re-roofing window restoration patio renovation

We’ve contracted Ben for three significant maintenance and repair jobs in as many months, and his service comes with our highest recommendation. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ben and Crown point builders, in amongst the sea of disinterested and uninspiring builders that came to quote for us, crown point have gone out of their way to make this job easy and straightforward. Giving us all the time we need to understand properly what we wanted and giving an honest and realistic time scale and price point. Everyone who we've had contact with has been lovely, It has made what should have been a super stressful experience with our three kids out of the home, so much easier as we could trust them to deliver really awesome quality and when they said they would. Thiago and his team on site have really delivered exactly what we have asked them for, on quote and in the time frame they specified. Ben’s team were excellent, all work was completed to a very high standard and the main team member on site was extremely friendly and happy to discuss all aspects of my project with me. Renovation of a downstairs Guest bathroom

Thiago on behalf of Crown Point builders did a brilliant job on renovating a rather tardy downstairs bathroom into a facility that you would find in a 5* hotel. The finish and attention to detail was excellent and I was willing to pay the slightly extra as I know from previous work carried out by Ben Byrne that we get work done to a very high standard.

Crown Point Builders did an excellent job for us in replacing a odd shaped shower cubicle that was very old and leaking to the flat below. Ben was quick to respond to our initial enquiry, promptly visited the property to view the work and gave as a quote. He gave us a time frame for starting and completing the work which he stuck to. All our questions were dealt with quickly. The work was done to a high standard and we are delighted with the new shower. We would highly recommend Crown Point Builders.
