I can’t recommend Daly Projects enough. After purchasing our home in Derby, Liam and his team were quick to start with our full home renovations. They were professional, respectful to the neighbours and always great at communicating progress. Liam had great ideas in order to make awkward spaces work, he redesign the kitchen and the bathroom layout and now we have a fresh and modern looking home. Thank you for making this house a lovely home for me and my family, we love it!

Liam and Daly Co. undertook a full flat renovation for me in 2022. I was thoroughly impressed with their level of professionalism and quality of work. The crew were hardworking, and always went above and beyond to accommodate any change as the project progressed. There was good comms throughout about how work was progressing and timelines were always realistic (Liam even extended hours into the weekend towards the end of the project when our completion deadline changed). The level of expertise and attention to detail shown by Liam and the team was outstanding. The team took great care with the structural and decorative work, and I couldn't be happier with the end result. In addition to their excellent work, Liam also worked well with other partners involved in the project. He consistently exceeded my expectations and I cannot recommend him highly enough. Five stars, hands down.

Very professional, good/clean site setup and great construction knowledge! Liam from Daly projects won a very competitive tender for a conversion of 1st floor office space into 14 residential dwellings, which is by no means the easiest of construction jobs as you never know what existing buildings will throw at you during the construction phase. In addition to this, this building wasn't initially built for residential housing, therefore, the key was in the design for the transformation to work and Daly Projects took the bull by the horns to produce a fabulous end product within a 14 month period. They always stuck to build deadlines, overcoming numerous hurdles along the way, but essentially the skilled trades force they committed to the development ensured a seamless process from commencement to completion. The flats all sold within the first year after completion and nearly 2 years down the line no defects have occurred. Highly recommend!!

Ground-floor kitchen extension and master bedroom loft conversion, with full renovation of existing Victorian terrace. Daly Projects carried out extensive work on our property. As well as constructing a new loft conversion and ground-floor extension, Liam and his team carried out a full renovation of the existing house included rewiring and plumbing. Liam was extremely helpful and supportive throughout our first project, accommodating our specific requests as well as suggesting solutions for any problems that arose during the project. He kept us well informed on progress, and proactively collaborated with other specialists we engaged. The work was completed quickly and to an excellent standard, and we are very happy in the completed house. Liam's team were punctual, tidy, considerate of our neighbours and generally great to work with. This in particular made what was quite a daunting first project for us much, much easier. Couldn't recommend Daly Projects enough.

Extensive refurbishment of 3 bedroom Victorian terrace house. We used Daly Carpentry & Construction to completely refurbish a 3 bedroom house we recently bought. The refurbishment included rewiring, plastering, new kitchen, bathrooms, architrave, floors, doors, knocking though the kitchen and dining room as well as replacing all windows and widening the rear of the property including fitting bi-fold doors. We also had the garden redesigned, fences replaced and the whole house repainted. Liam used a team of specialists for each trade and the results and workmanship shine through. We found Liam to be open, honest and a pleasure to work with, he kept us informed, and with his experience he came up with suggestions and alternatives when we were unsure. His workmen were onsite at all times and the project finished on time. It felt like a partnership, we are very happy with the end result for our new home and we thoroughly recommend him.
