We wanted a personnel door installed into our integral garage and were struggling to find a contractor that wanted to take on the work. David Nicholson were great and made it an easy process and the quality of the workmanship is great. Will definitely use again for future building works.

House Report: I required a second opinion on work to be carried out in a house I'm about to buy after seeing the survey report and being worried about some issues that were flagged up. I'm extremely glad I contacted David Nicholas Construction, they were very knowledgeable, went through every aspect of the survey in layman's terms, explained all work that would be needed in detail and with estimated costs. Highly recommended.

We considered it very fortunate to have found David Nicholson Construction Ltd for our insulation project. They did an excellent job - every phone call and question we asked was answered promptly from start to finish. The work began and finished on time and within budget and the employees they used on the project were polite and hard working and left the site each evening clean and tidy and ready to start again the following day. I would not hesitate to recommend them and when we need any further work done then they will be our first (and only) choice.

Fitted a new kitchen,had a couple of minor issues which were quickly resolved.Would definately recommend this company,and would use again for other projects.

Davy and team completed the partial renovating our bungalow to a high standard, fitting two new toilet's,bathroom and kitchen. Very good communication from all contractors, happy to make changes and took on extra work/ design changes without complaint, highly recommend.

Downstairs bathroom installed,( Toilet, full size Basin and Shower). Great job done by the team. Really pleased with the end result , nothing was too much trouble, clean, tidy and professional. Just had some building work done and a new kitchen installed and I am very happy with the work of Nick and the team of trades who have been in and out of my house. All really punctual, polite and friendly. The workmanship is spot on and I would highly recommend. The work I had done included replacing the joists under my kitchen floor and having underfloor insulation installed before having the kitchen fitted. The team included labourers, sparks, plasterers and joiners.... all work done to a high standard

From the initial meeting with Geoffrey to the final sign off with Nick I was dealt with courteously and professionally at all times. Nothing was ever too much trouble and the time scales for the work were kept. Snags and tweaks along the way were never a big problem and they were also able to provide a solution for us. The renovation of the property included a new kitchen, bathroom, flooring and decoration throughout and took the guys around one month to complete.

David Nicholas Construction recently managed and constructed our home extension from start to finish. This consisted of a garage conversion as well as a new bedroom built above the garage. They did a flawless job and I cannot thank them enough for the hard work they have put into this project and how well Nick has managed it for us.

The team turned up right on time every day the work was being carried out, got on with the work required and cleaned up each night before leaving. They kept me informed along the way with changes that was required and ensured I was happy with the progress, all in all I am very happy with the end result it was just what we were after, I would recommend anyone to consider David Nicholas Construction for building work, in my opinion they are flexible and reliable.
