EGL Construction Limited

I have used EGL Construction for 2 projects and they have done a fantastic job on both, one was a 2 floor new build house in Camberwell and the second was a side and rear extension on a 2 floor flat in Earls Court. Happy to recommend them.

EGL Construction undertook a full property refurbishment including stripping off the existing roof and building a vaulted roof which involved considerable structural works, a ground floor rear extension involving a huge amount of groundworks. The works EGL undertook was not easy but they pulled it off and did an excellent job and were professional throughout the project.

We had hired EGL Construction to refurbish a dated victorian house in Hammersmith into a brand new home for me, and i can not fault EGL for their professionalism and attention to detail. They completed the project on schedule despite coming across several issues while refurbishing my home. There ended up being additional structural work to make the property structurally safe and some underpinning but all was done quickly and efficiently with minimum fuss to myself and my neighbours.

We invited about 5 building companies to tender for our full house renovation project, including three extensions and raising our roof line in south west London. From the very beginning we couldn’t have been more impressed with every aspect. Their friendly, professional attitude with us and our architect; their timeliness; their attention to detail; their dedication to finishing the job off to perfection. Amongst all our friends who have had big build projects, I think we are the only ones who never once fell out with our builders. We have since recommended EGL to several of our closest friends as a result. I expect this review probably reads like one of egl wrote it but I guarantee it is genuine and we have told them we are happy for any prospective clients to view our house to demonstrate the level of workmanship that they produce. A two story house built on a swathe of land in the corner of the street. I had hard time finding someone who will be able to carry the work in the limited space and within the liabilities of the neighboring house in a quiet area - for a reasonable price. Once I picked EGL, the company made it easy for me. speedy and professional, they worked to make the property materialise and did not kick me when I was down because of midway changes I wanted to apply and when I had some planning and financing difficulties. I was met with professionalism, empathy and patience. I am satisfied with the result and from the few months since completion, all complaints were taken care of and I am looking forward to enjoy the house with peace of mind.
