Erz Building&repairs are the best builders I have ever had! Zenel the director was very professional and gave an incredibly detailed estimate after having a look round my property. Due to personal circumstances I was unable to begin the project for 6 months but Zenel never rushed me and left me alone until I asked him to come back. The project began very quickly only 7 days after I had asked Zenel to take on my project rejecting 3 other decent firms. I had a complete interior refurbishment with all the electrics with new outlet setup, light set up and plumbing replaced, new bathroom, new kitchen, all floors and fully decorated. The whole job was complete in 6 weeks leaving a perfect job. Zenel was very honest and upfront and was more than willing to go above and beyond when little problems arose. Excellent communication always only a phone call away and constantly giving updates. I can’t recommend them enough great job great price

We have a problem with the front wall brickwork and top roof parapet, new lead changing, removing of chimney brest, rendering. All work been done in high standard. ERZ Team are so polite and friendly, no problem at all. Time frame been given by Zenel been completed on time. Highly recommended for all who looking for any help. ERZ will do the job and no hassle at all in your Castle!!!

Zenel and his team were always punctual, polite and efficient. They took the time to explain how they intended to tackle each task and then did what they said they would do. They took great care to protect the floors, including carpets and all the immovable fittings such as lights etc before they began working. Once the job had been confirmed, they scheduled the work and started on the agreed day and stayed until the very end without any absences or gaps in service. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone who is embarking on a property build/renovation or decoration project.

Zenel and his team from ERZ BUILDING & REPAIRS carried out a complete refurbishment of our bathroom. The work included the removal of the existing shower and units and then installation of a wet room, shower and door, tiling, fixtures, and fittings. He carried out his work to an incredibly high standard, was tidy and provided excellent communication throughout -and we’re absolutely delighted with the product. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Zenel, Namir and Jafour and the team were great. Before contracting them I went to see a build they were completing in Northampton, a large project but finished off really well which convinced me that ERZ would be a reliable partner for my project. Throughout the 7 weeks working on my house they were on time, reliable, clean and very hard working. What is great about them is they really take care in what they do, craftsmen who care about the process, your satisfaction and the finished product. I was very much part of the team, great communication and discussion at every part of the project. I would trust them with my future projects and would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to do a large refurbishment down to painting a fence. 5 Stars

ERZ are now my go to for any project. Originally they did my garden and put some new decking down and they did such a brilliant job I asked them to comeback and redo a bathroom. It was a tricky attic bathroom with lots of angles and the plumbing had to be completely redone. They organised everything, kept me up to date with timelines and worked tirelessly to do the most perfect job. If something wasn’t good enough they would spot it and redo it there and then. They also were so kind and respectful in every regard. Every time they finish a job I try to think of another to get them to come back!
