Yuriy and his team of skilled and talented tradesmen completed an excellent demolition and extension project for us which was finished to a high standard and on time. The reliability and hard work of the team set an excellent example and Yuriy must be commended for his supervision and site visits every day to ensure the continued high standards were maintained. We are absolutely delighted with our extension and highly recommend Excel Building . Yuriy has a great team of builders and craftsmen who were on site everyday (including Saturday mornings) and worked in all weathers to ensure our project was delivered on time. His team were hard working, considerate and incredibly friendly and committed to delivering a first class build. A- star team! If I could leave more stars I would. Yuriy and his team were great from start to finish. Our project consisted of a wrap around kitchen extension and upper level refurbishment that involved creating one on-suite and one main bathroom along with creating fitted storage cupboards. Friendly and professional throughout with great attention to detail. Excell managed to surprisingly make the whole process stress free! Special mention for Vitalii who was the foreman assigned to our project..he was fantastic, a great asset to Excell! One the easiest and best choices you can make by choosing them!

We Used Excell building ( Mr Yury Salyuk) for loft conversion. Very hard working team who are skilled craftsmen. . Very professional approach prices are reasonable but finish is of very high quality and standards . Yury salyuk is a gentleman who is accomdating to all our request. I would strongly recommend this company and you will never be disappointment.

Yuriy, Igor and his team were all very professional, worked quickly and well. There were flexible and managed to fit us in around larger projects which meant we didn't have to wait for months to start the work. They also managed any unforeseen problems that arose with the house well and brought in people as needed.

I can highly recommend Excel building. This is the second job they did for us and they've been consistently fantastic. They did an outstanding job on our house and were incredibly hard working and efficient. They were also really respectful of the neighbours which helped enormously as we did all this work doing lockdown. They did a side return extension for us as well as refurbished our bathroom. All the work was completed on time and to a very high standard and we are really, really happy with everything.

Yuriy and his team were absolutely A grade builders. We have done a lot of building projects over the years but far and away Excell are the best. Their attention to detail is outstanding, their finish is top notch and they are lovely polite, very hard working builders. Excell building have constructed a new house from our existing garage perfectly within the quoted budget and the time. The house they built is of high standards more than anyone can expect.

I had only positive experience from the first day of engaging with Excell. Yuriy went out of his way to assist us through the building process, patiently answering my questions, amending quotes as I changed my mind, as well as engaging directly with local authorities and architect. He has encouraged us to make decisions, without forcing his ideas and accommodated changes, even after the work has started. I love the fact that I can always get answers on my texts, email or phone calls, even on his days off. Despite the complexity of the project, building double extension on the side, single extension at the back and doing loft conversion, while leaving on the hill with no direct access from the road, I was told that work is ahead of schedule and I am very happy with the quality so far. Two months to go and I can't wait until can move into my new home.
