We had a property in Windsor to renovate and James was awarded the contract. He has an excellent eye for detail and managed the project well. His enthusiasm and broad experience enabled challenges to be overcome with realistic solutions. I highly recommend Fornia Build Limited/James Ohanian and would work with him again on future projects.

From experiencing Fornia build both as a customer and working alongside the company I could not recommend their work enough. The level of professionalism, organisation and quality I have experienced with them has been of an extremely high standard. The skills they have within the company covers all aspects of the building trade whilst maintaining a very high level of quality throughout. All the way from bespoke joinery to large extension builds, they did not miss a single detail from start to finish. Highly recommend this company for anyone that wishes the best quality for any of their building needs.

We were recommended Fornia Build by a neighbour and am so glad we chose them. The work they undertook included ripping out a kitchen, knocking a wall down between the kitchen and utility and also the kitchen and dining room. Then raising a wall between the dining room and lounge and creating a smaller utility. It involved RSJ beams, a sliding door to the new utility and underfloor water heating then getting floor / wall surfaces, services and electrics ready for the kitchen fit out. James and his teams attention to detail is second to none and I have referred him to many others as we highly regard the work he did. There were so many plus factors such as his experience in Australia where things are done differently - such as the sliding door which has been such a success and the carpentry skills he brought in the creation of a much complimented L shaped built in seating bench with drawers and the daily clean down was an unexpected bonus. Highly recommended and reasonably priced too - it is rare to have such a perfectionist in this trade, but you get that with Fornia Build.

We first used Fornia for our kitchen renovation in March 2018, since then we have used them numerous time and each time a wonderful experience in having a porch built, fitting of a new front door, making and fitting of a new side gate to the house, revamping our study and making a stunning desk out of a piece of oak tailer made to fit and some decorating jobs. In 2018 they took down walls, made a new wall, put in a couple of steels, lovely news tiles on the floor, new boiler, pocket doors into kitchen and into the lounge. They also build a boxed in unit to hold our TV, Sky box and our electric fire. Their care and attention is second to none, James is always available for ideas and advice and is always prompt to start the day. I have no hesitation is highly recommending Fornia Build.

James and his team did a superb job of renovating our kitchen, family room and hallway. The schedule was very clear, the work done by James and his immediate team was done to a very high quality and this extended to any trades he brought onsite. No large project will ever run without some challenges, and where challenges arose, they were dealt with by James quickly and professionally. James and his company are a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend them.
