Florian

Angelo and Luca renovated my kitchen, including tiling, plastering and decorating. Unfortunately they never came back to fix some outstanding issues and don't reply to my messages. While some of the craftsmanship was good, some major mistakes were made too such as a squeaking subfloor, a loosely installed dishwasher, and loose sockets. I now have to pay extra for other workers to fix the issues.

I am very satisfied with the refurbishment of my flat. Angelo and Luca’s team installed a new bathroom, new kitchen, new flooring and some garden’s works early this year. Luca and his team were simply amazing. We’ve installed a new flooring in both bedrooms and replaced all skirting boards. They were precise, clean, reliable and flexible at the same time. Angelo, Luca and the team have done a great job on the bathrooms of this project. As an interior designer myself I have a high standard and the team here have met this right the way through the process. The quote process was quick and detailed. The works commenced as planned. The demolition and build were well planned and the guys communicated regularly on any issues or questions that needed resolving. I was particularly impressed with how tidy and clean they kept the areas given the house was lived in, as well as how professional and nice they were to deal with. They accommodated last minute changes whenever needed and made professional recommendations that were helpful. I would highly recommend the team at Impact Builder to my clients and others looking to work with them.

Best experience I have ever had, my bathroom and kitchen looked amazing. We called the guys because we had been recommended from another couple who had renewed the kitchen and a mezanine. They are hardworking, very nice and super fast. they also gave us some advice since we were not fully sure about the kitchen and that was a gem. Luca and Angelo are the absolute best! We had our whole house repainted, including doors, and the work was done beautifully and within the timeframe estimated. I can't recommend Luca and Angelo enough! The quality of work was second to none - we employed them to lay down a wooden floor, make walls, move radiators, hide radiator pipes, paint, add skirting and coving. All of this was finished to an extremely high standard and affordable price, alongside a plumber they knew who also did a fantastic job. Not only was the work incredible, but they were also professional, helpful, flexible and friendly. Angelo and Luca painted my house and the end result was fantastic. I was extremely pleased with the finish and both Angelo and Luca were so friendly. I hired the team again to replace the existing front porch and I have had lots of compliments from neighbours on the finished product. I was really pleased with the high standard of finish too. The team were very punctual, flexible and extremely helpful. Would highly recommend the team to others and would definitely use again myself.

Angelo and his team were absolutely fantastic. They quoted within 24hrs, and started work within a week, being professional and courteous from the first to last day. Luca is a gem and will do absolutely anything to ensure you are satisfied with his workmanship. John is a very talented builder and clearly knows a lot about everything related to his craft. The finish was a high standard including the tiling, painting and additional fittings. The most important thing for me was the extra lengths that Angelo and his team went to, in order to ensure that myself and wife were completely satisfied, even when perhaps it was unexpected or outside the original scope. There were no nasty surprises and everything was agreed professionally and amicably along the way. No awkwardness or dishonesty, the way it should be. We are therefore extremely happy with the high-quality finish of our brand new bathroom and look forward to welcoming Impact Builder back into our house for future projects. Thanks guys.
