As the full design is completed, a second phase of works can then be agreed. While the initial design or concept has been developed, we can assist in development of the design / specification, followed by accurate costing of the project. Moreover, Our experts can assist you from the very early stages of initial concept through to planning and design. We can assist with obtaining all relevant permissions (Planning, Party Wall, etc). Drawings and full specification can then be agreed. JK Construction will then build to this specification. Above all, it is important ensure the right people are committed to your project.
