KDC Build is a well established design and build company that has over 35 years of experience. We are based in Preston covering the whole of Lancashire. Over the years our company has gone from strength to strength and we now have a large client base throughout our service area. We are able to undertake all aspects of the building trade for both domestic and commercial customers. From loft conversions, house extensions, basement conversions and large commercial conversions i.e. a Mill in Burnley into an IT Training College & a second storey extension to a college in Preston for BAE /Ltc. We have also built gymnasiums in Redscar and apartments above shops in Chorley. We have constructed detached properties in Fulwood and refurbished many houses and shops over the years.
