We had Tim out in 2022 and he done our driveway and done our flooring put a new roof on our conservatory, it leaked initially but he came out to fix it also he hasn't finished inside also the kitchen flooring cracked as wasn't even he said he would come out and replace it with tiles but never did and also the driveway sunk from the beginning and he said he would be back when the weather was better and that was 2 yrs ago, I've txt him on multiple times and emailed him and he hasn't replied yet. I had to pay someone to fit new flooring. I wouldn't hire this man or company as he done the same to my brother on law..

Tim and his company are terrible builders. They do not follow the architectural plans. We have had to spend thousands to rectify thier poor work. They left the job unfinished and at least a tonne of rubbish and building waste that we had to dispose of. They did not liaise with building control which has caused a huge backlog of work for us to carry out. He did not finish the job The windows They fitted were cracked. They did not follow guidance on insulation Thier electrical works were unsafe. They left tiles off the roof which required further maintenance They did not secure the roof trusses correctly. Finally, this builder and his team are unprofessional. Tim had many vical arguments with his staff. At one point he reduced an 18 year old boy to tears by yelling so much. Do jot use this company.

I do not recommend this builder as he did not follow the architects drawings therefore we have had to spend a lot of money rectifying mistakes he made, he will not take responsibility for anything and he doesn’t reply to any correspondence.
