L Devine are professionals and masters of our trade, with decades of experience in general building, Carpentry, Property Maintenance, Carpentry, extensions, refurbishments and plastering. We are Part of the Portsmouth Square Deal, which means we are Trading Standards and Portsmouth City Council Approved. We offer a bespoke service, based on our clients' specific requirements, and therefore each conversation, whilst based on a standard type, is unique. We offer an end-to-end solution, however some clients are happy to arrange their own architectural plans or manage their own regulations and we are flexible to their requests. We understand that a large building project or loft conversion is a large financial commitment, a decision that needs to bo considered carefully, we therefore offer our clients both a free quotation and also a detailed assessment. We will, on initial meeting, talk through specific requirements and offer our expert opinion on how best to achieve objectives. We have a transparent billing schedule and a no surprises policy which means that our clients are aware of all costs, even additional requests, up front.
