Luca completed the renovation of my house, a Victorian end of terrace. It included a loft extension and ground floor extension. The house was in disrepair and needed a full refit. Wow what an amazing job Luca and his team have done. Despite the chaos of actually living in the house with 2 small children throughout the build (kitchen side return and downstairs bathroom) they made the process as easy as possible -always accommodating our needs and working really hard and efficiently to achieve the end goal. We’ve been so impressed with the communication which I cannot fault and also the work ethic. The workmanship has been completed to a really high standard. Luca and his team have done an excellent job on our period style flat. It has been refurbished throughout to a high quality. From rewiring to re plastering, new brickwork, flooring, full decoration and restoration to original features and feel. Luca has listened to how we have wanted to restore it and given advice based on his experience of what works best. We are extremely pleased with the work and would highly recommend.
