Traditional Contracting: Where MJG are the Contractor and tender for the Project with the clients existing design team and carry out the works under their Management. Construction Management: MJG provide a full Construction Management service where we are retained to manage the complete build process, to take on the Principal Contract and to tender out all the individual packages of work. Working with your Design Team this Method of Procurement enables work to be commenced early on site and affords the client maximum flexibility within the contract and early Project delivery. Design & Build: Where MJG take responsibility for the complete Design of your Project, assembling the Consultant Team and managing the process throughout the design and construction phases to ensure Program, Quality and Value for Money are all delivered.
