we had a bad experience working with this builder. in summary: - he turned over his team 3x while working on our project - one of his team showed up inebriated and unwilling to leave the house while we were home with the family - significant mispricing of the project causing him to ask for more money and cutting corners in terms of quality and materials used - minimal number of site visits after asking for a weekly visit, and hard to reach during the project due to travels abroad and undefined issues at home or with his business - project ran over by 3 months missing simple deadlines, where his team mentioned that materials just had not been ordered at all or on time - unfinished work that was clearly defined in the scope and signed off on. builder is no longer responding to calls, emails and texts
