We recently had our chimney repointed by Neways Group and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Simon and Louise are professional, friendly, and highly skilled. They took the time to explain the work that needed to be done, kept us informed throughout the process, and completed everything on schedule and to a very high standard. The quality of the repointing is excellent, our chimney looks like new, and is now weatherproofed. Neways Group were also very respectful of our property both with matching the original character and leaving everything tidy and clean once the job was finished. It’s clear they take great pride in their work, and we wouldn’t hesitate to use Neways again or recommend them to anyone. Thank you again for a job well done!

We recently used Neways Group Ltd for a range of jobs around the house – they installed 11 venetian blinds, 2 Keylite blinds, and assembled 2 wardrobes – and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Having seen the professional work the Neways Team do, I had them complete a wonderful refresh of my forever home; a beautiful new kitchen, amazing and unique front door, and fabulous dog-proof flooring as well as a new front wall and patio. Neways carried out a complete renovation of our kitchen-diner-lounge and refitted our master en-suite bathroom as well as carrying out a number of other ad hoc jobs for us around the house. They are trustworthy, reliable, flexible, pleasant to work with, creative, and committed to collaborating with clients to solve problems and develop ideas. Simon is a highly skilled Master Tiler and has done some beautiful work for us. As my husband and I both have busy schedules, it was really helpful to work with a lead contractor who liaised with the electrician and plumber on our behalf. Simon's wife, Louise, is also very helpful and responsive to any questions about scheduling, invoices, ordering, etc.

Simon came out to complete work for me 3 years ago and the work was completed very professionally with constant communication throughout from him updating me on the steps. The price was very fair for the work and I was happy with the results.

Mark Spurrier

Simon Tingley of NEWAYS GROUP Ltd built an extension to our House in West Raynham. Roof, walls, Doors, skylight, floor. The floor had to have a trap door constructed to cover the old inspection man hole cover. They arranged the skip and the removal of the old asbestos in the correct way. Best of all was the pleasantness of all concerned. Louis the secretary was alway reachable by email and telephone. The work was done slightly below what was originally estimated which was a nice surprise.
