I would ignore this company at all costs. I paid £430,000 for a house with so many issues. Some of which still have not been rectified and the company owner refused to rectify. Communication was fine during the sale but once the sale completed, there was little or no communication. Once he has your money, he’s not interested. To name a few 1. a chimney and fireplace was built not fit for purpose as floorboards were exposed. 2. They ‘forgot’ to add a drain at the point of foundations being laid which resulted in a leak inside the house. 3. The drive was wasn’t laid correctly which resulted in my car getting stuck in the gravel. Please don’t be fooled like I was that this builder is any different to your average new build builder. They are exactly the same if not worse as there is no communication.
