About Us

R&M Workers was founded in 2001 by Saul, Andrew and Ruslan. They had been in the building industry for over 11 years before forming the company and over the years have built up a great reputation with clients and professionals alike. Excellence is always at the forefront of what we do and our reputation is second to none. We take pride in projects that are successfully completed to the customer's satisfaction, on time and within strict budgetary constraints. I suggest Ruslan, Andy and Saul and their company R&M Workers Ltd for extra large development projects with future planned customers. I have had the delight of working straightforwardly with Ruslan and Saul on various activities previously and most as of late at the renovation projects situated in SW London. R&M Workers extent of work includes all sorts of renovation/refurbishment works, carpentry, joinery, structural works, extensions, loft conversions and general work. R&M has delineated their scrupulousness, quality and professionalism on various projects.

This letter is to thank R&M and their entire staff for their efforts in making the construction of my project as painless as possible. We had several problems during the construction works but R&M managed to reduce the level of stress for us and covered all of the variations into the same timeline allowed at the beginning of the job. They can be depended upon to ‘take care of business and to turn out an outstanding product.” Definitely recommend!!!

I am writing this reference to suggest the R&M Workers for any construction works with future planned customers. I have had the opportunity to work with R&M on our double-storey extension with a full renovation of our property last year. they have done an excellent job and are very reliable and efficient.

As a Main Contractor, there is no better middle person for guaranteeing construction jobs are continually running easily and at top quality. R&M has an extraordinary management team, ready to run smoothly any size of project with budgets starting from £50k to £1.5-2m. Trust me; you can’t find better than those guys! We still use them for all our projects!

I have worked with R&M for the last 6 months on one of our residential projects. It has been refreshing to work with a company that understands and is dedicated to the ‘team’ approach and assists the client, architect and their consultants in making the construction process efficient and economical, and which takes special care to ensure that the finished building meets or exceeds all of their respective expectations. R&M Workers ltd paid excellent attention to the project and joined with both the Owner and the Architect as a member of the development team. Their attitude was one of problem-solving, not problem-creation, and if the intention was there in the drawings, they assumed it was part of the contract. Saul has an architectural background and requested a few changes in the drawings which lead to great savings in the end.

Ruslan and Saul are extremely knowledgeable about property developments and employ others who share their passion for construction works. With their help, we've improved our residential property, including electrics and mechanical installation with a heat pump. Ruslan and the rest of the professionals at R&M always complete their work well within the deadline we assign and provide honest and reasonable price estimates. I'm happy to recommend R&M services to any company or individual who wants to improve the look or condition of their property

We could not recommend Saul and team more. We had a difficult job for them as we had a really bad experience with previous building firm. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They were able to fix all the shoddy work and complete things not started quickly and to a really high standard. They were always on, Time, respectful, good communicators, and a pleasure to work with. They have restored our faith in building firms!

Andy and his team completed a full renovation of my house in May 2015 to a really high standard. This included a side return and loft extension and full refurbishment of the entire house and garden, including electrics, underfloor heating, etc. They did an amazing job in a super quick time, so I thoroughly recommend them.
