Ali and his team were absolutely brilliant. They did a full house renovation for me inside. They finished earlier by 2 days. The whole build was calm, easy and transparent. Ali give me tips of how I could better the build without feeling as many builders do, he was trying to upsell. Cannot recommend him enough and will only have use him going forward for future projects!!!

Ali and his team were brilliant and a pleasure to work with. They completed a full house renovation for us, stripping it completely back, re-wiring, re-plumbing, reconfiguring internal walls in the existing house, building a double storey extension and large patio at the rear and a driveway and front garden. Ali is a kind and fair man, he has a good working relationship with his team who were all polite and incredibly hard working. We moved out of our house for the build and through out the build our neighbours were all complimentary about how considerate the team were. We were and still are thrilled with the house and what Ali achieved for us. The project was delivered on time and on budget. We have recommended Ali since for both large and small jobs and our friends have all been pleased. We wouldn’t hesitate to use him again in the future.

I can't express my gratitude to Sal BC. He and his team have done underpinned 2 storey extension in my house. I chose to work with Ali over 20 other companies with his understanding of my needs and solving every single issue I had faced from very beginning. I haven't regretted the choise that I had made. SAL Building Constructions Ltd completed a rear and side extension on our ground floor flat in London, along with a full refurb of existing property. We have many problems since moving back into the property. The whole roof needs replacing as multiple leaks and after closer review it needs completely redoing. Floors were not levelled, even in new parts of the building. Flooring laid incorrectly and damaged. Concrete used in areas for floor base where block and beam were agreed. Doors were damaged when fitting. Bathrooms/shower spaces were not waterproofed. Driveway was stained and started dipping in the first 6 months. Decoration and finishing has since required redoing. Issues with damp on new walls, just painted over. Central heating pipes continually popping as not fitted correctly. Every corner that could be cut, was indeed cut. Engagement with neighbours during the process was extremely problematic. A complete disregard for their properties and well-being.
