Costs vary depending on the project and the value-add to the property. We charge for an initial on-site consultation from which you will receive a report and mood boards which you may act on, or you may request us to project manage the staging or styling for you. We will deduct the paid consultation fee from the final invoice if you engage us for the fully managed services. Virtual consultations are also available and will cost slightly less and will have a simple follow up report.

Cannot recommend Julia enough!! From the outset she was so friendly and listened intently to my scattered ideas (and long list of things I didn't want!) She was able to put together several detailed design boards that included the sources and different costings depending on budget, that brought to life my living space, helping me visualise what it could become - and this was all through phone consultations only - impressed! She was also readily available when I reached out with follow up questions, even going above and beyond to source extra items for me which helped the process go very smoothly! We love how it all came together beautifully! Thank you!

Our property had been on the market for a few months before we met with Julia. She came to the house to carry out an assessment and then provided a report outlining her recommendations with a couple of design pictures. She helped us to declutter and to thin out some furniture pieces. She then worked her magic to rearrange the remaining furniture and purchased some key items to add to the rooms. We were able to take these to our new property. It was great to get feedback from viewers about how well presented our home looked, and we sold it within a few weeks at the asking price. I highly recommend Julia and I would most definitely use her services if we ever think of moving again.

Friendly and helpful , Julia has lots of creative as well as practical ideas and understands the need to work to a budget. She is motivational and helped me to utilise my space more effectively as well as to create a pleasing aesthetic. Highly recommended.
