Everything In Its Space

Laura was a dream. She transformed a room I have been avoiding for years in two hours. I can’t wait for her to work her magic in my kitchen and closets.

Laura was great! She helped with my home office and I feel like I finally have a functional space! She helped me not only with organization, but with the logistics of where things would be most useful and how to best utilize the space for functionality, visual appearance and organization. I would highly recommend her as she is easy to talk with, prompt and timely with the appointment schedule and excellent at what she does. I always have the best intention for being organized, but have trouble getting it completed and she was able to help me get over that hump!

Oh I am a totally new person after having Laura organize my entire house. I cannot put into words the physical and psychological relief I felt when I walked through my door! Finding everything in its place and labeled was incredible. Laura was very professional, but what stood out the most was her kindness and willingness to listen to my needs. Laura was invaluable when moving my family into our first home. I’m very particular about how my spaces are arranged so I had never even thought about working with a professional organizer, but with two young kids I just wasn’t able to get it done on my own. Laura was a godsend. She was incredibly detail-oriented and practical. She organized my home in the most beautifully zen way that also made sense for my family and our lifestyle. She took the time to really learn about our routines and needs and designed our space in a way that was (and still is!) easy to maintain. What began as an afternoon intended to tackle the unruly cupboard under my stairs has since turned into an addictive approach to happily living in my space. Before working with Laura, I didn’t realize just how much the little, hidden pockets of disorder—piles of possessions I no longer valued—were weighing on me. I also didn’t realize they were preventing me from enjoying everything I do value in my home. Adding stress, subtracting enjoyment. Since Laura’s first visit, I have subsequently applied her approach to every corner of my home. Each time I do, I catch myself marveling at the cleared space for days to come. I’m very grateful to Laura for helping me to invest in my surroundings and subsequent wellbeing.

I have to give a big shout out to Laura Gutowski! This woman rocked my world!! We had to prepare our house for pictures, and I ran out of time! I called her on Tuesday night, and she was at my home on Wednesday afternoon. I hadn’t any idea how to decorate or stage, as I was in the thick of cleaning. Laura came in, and dug into my cabinets, and within 4 hours my home was transformed. Our home was photographed the next day, and under contract 4 days later! Laura worked some serious magic! I met her the week before, when we parked our RV at our son Parker’s rental home in Mount Pleasant. She just moved here, and is simply incredible! Give her a call… you will be happy you did! .

When most people look at the interior of a closet, they see a collection of their belongings. Just clothes or books or suitcases. Not Laura. When Laura looks at the inside of a closet, she sees a way to improve your life, to organize your daily routine and a way to be more efficient with your time.
