“I feel very lucky to have secured Lisa to work with me on my house refurbishment. I had lots of ideas but no idea how to implement them or organise it all - and Lisa was like a fairy godmother, project manager designer all rolled into one. She did the most fantastic digital renderings of my house so we could play around with the look, which was brilliant. Lisa works super hard, seems to know absolutely everything about interiors and construction, and never lost her cool, no matter how stressful things were. She knows all the best tradespeople and retailers, which makes everything so much quicker. She was always available to help, to answer queries, and would always go the extra mile to make sure things got done correctly. I would not hesitate to recommend Lisa - anyone who manages to book her is very lucky indeed!”

“It is a natural cause for some apprehension to commission an unfamiliar company to undertake major building work. I booked LBI to install two bathrooms for a project that took just over a month after they were recommended to me by the designer (I was unfamiliar with Houzz or anything similar at the time). I could not have been more fortunate- LBI is a first rate operation. Jake (who runs it) clearly has huge experience in this field and dealt with every aspect of the entire process with enormous and justified confidence and the results have been flawless. I notice that almost all the reviews on this website are quite positive and so to anyone reading this, it may seem difficult to differentiate one from the other, I’m not sure there’s an easy way round that. However, it’s with absolute sincerity I say that I’d entrust LBI to undertake future projects of this nature at any level or on any scale and could not recommend them any higher to anyone thinking of doing the same.”
