We updated flooring throughout our 2 story home and her eye for the right wood grain, color and style of plank helped create a warm and inviting home. When we remodeled all 3 bathrooms, her suggestions on style, color and pulling all of the pieces together made the experience much simpler than had we tried to figure it out on our own. We found a style that fit our family and our neighborhood for the future resale. When we brought our realtor through after it was all done, she could not believe the transition to the home. After the renovation was complete, Ehren was able to assist with all of the details such as rugs, photos, shelving and accessories. Transitioning our large 2 story home with high ceilings and all wood floors to a family home with dogs and kids that is warm and inviting has everything to do with the final pieces at the end. “This was the second time I hired Sam Jernigan to assist me in remodeling and redecorating. The first was in 2012 with a Victorian cottage that was going to be a vacation rental. Having no experience with that era I needed help and Sam provided much more than that. She was amazing. And the house turned out completely charming and beautiful. So, when I was redoing the home I had just purchased after living there for 8 years as a renter, I called Sam again. And once again, she was really wonderful. She is hugely talented, has a wonderful sense of color and design, comes up with great ideas and suggestions based on the space, the structure, your personal style, and has just an intuitive sense of what will work. “I hired Talie Jane to recommend and build a plan to upgrade a luxury condo unit that was 9 years old. The thoughtfulness put into the plan was exceptional. The firm made suggestions utilizing some existing items as I requested and incorporated them with brilliant new changes resulting in a perfect meld of old and new. Additionally the firm dealt wonderfully with the spacial limitations of a high rise condo utilizing the existing space in ways I never thought about.
