Charlotte Thomas Studio is an English residential interior design practice offering a full design service as well as a lighter touch for smaller projects. My aim is to enrich lives by transforming homes into happy havens through clever interior design and considered materials. *** Drawing on a rich career in fashion and luxury brands, I have developed an elegantly relaxed, timeless aesthetic, which translates with ease from country houses to city apartments. As a qualified second-generation interior designer, my work is informed by a honed eye for colour and balance, design training and a love of nature, which fuels a strong desire to preserve the natural environment. Inspired by the beauty of the English and French countryside, I am drawn to earthy colours, tactile textures and organic shapes. With a comfortingly layered, chic room scheme in mind, I mix patterns, textures, styles and eras, connecting them with a common theme that creates natural flow. The end result is a peaceful, practical home with none of the stuffiness of a traditional country house, but instead an airy space with a dash of wit and a welcomingly relaxed feel.
